SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

WARRANTY

In the event of a product defect, KAZEHAIR's warranty applies.

A product found to be defective under normal and proper use will be repaired or replaced free of charge for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. CONDITIONS

KAZEHAIR accepts product returns if such returns are made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date indicated on your invoice and the following cumulative conditions are met;
1) as mentioned, product returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of your purchase
2) the product must be undamaged and unused
3) the product must be returned in its original packaging and this packaging must be intact
4) an original copy of the invoice must be given to KAZEHAIR upon any product return in order to prove your purchase and the date thereof

REFUND METHOD
If you request a refund rather than an exchange, in cases that allow it and if each of the above conditions are met, KAZEHAIR will refund the amount corresponding to the products returned according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable on product returns, whether for refund or exchange

EXCLUSIONS
KAZEHAIR excludes certain products from its return policy: products excluded in this way cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged;

*Products on clearance or final sale
